Gender equality index, 2023

The French law on the freedom to choose one’s professional future of September 5, 2018 makes equal pay for men and women an obligation of result for companies.

In particular, it requires them to measure their gender equality index every year in order to assess pay gaps on the basis of several indicators.

In the form of a score out of 100, this index comprises the following four criteria for the Quinten Group:

  • Pay gap indicator: 34/40,
  • Individual increase rate gap indicator: 35/35,
  • Return from maternity leave indicator: 15/15,
  • Gender parity among top earners: 5/10.

To date, we employ 41% women and 59% men.

This 89/100 rating testifies to our commitment to professional equality, and we are determined to continue our efforts to achieve this crucial objective. We take this issue very seriously and are determined to make our company a fair and inclusive workplace for all.
