General Terms of Use

The present general terms of use (known as “GTU“) have for object the legal framing of the methods of provision of the site and the services by Quinten and to define the conditions of access and use of the services by “the User“.

The present GTU are accessible on the site under the heading “GTU”.

 

Article 1: Access to the Site

Article 5: Applicable law and jurisdiction

French law applies to this contract. In case of no amicable resolution of a dispute arising between the parties, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction to hear it.

Article 6: Coming into force

These GTU come into force on 22/02/21 and for the entire duration of the Site. Quinten reserves the right to unilaterally update the TOS at any time.
