We are proud to present three posters highlighting our latest methodological advances in synthetic patient modeling, trial transportability, and effectiveness simulation.
1. Evaluating the transportability of efficacy estimates in relapsed/refractory mantle-cell lymphoma
In collaboration with BeOne Medicines and the University Medical Center Mainz, this study evaluates advanced methodology (MAIC and STC) to transport clinical trial efficacy results from a Chinese-only population to a European target population using the EMCL real-world registry.

2. AI-driven synthetic patient generation framework to model obesity using the CONSTANCES cohort
Developed in collaboration with French academic partners, this research introduces a privacy-preserving AI framework utilizing the CONSTANCES cohort and French national claims data (SNDS) to generate realistic synthetic cohorts and simulate long-term cardiovascular outcomes in obesity.
